Product Introduction

The product is a white, spherical porous material with the property of non-toxic, odorless, insoluble in water and ethanol. The particle size is uniform, the surface is smooth, the mechanical strength is high,the abilty of moisture absorption is strong and the ball is not split after absorbing water.

Alumina for hydrogen peroxide has many capillary channels and large surface area, which can be used as adsorbent, desiccant and catalyst. At the same time, it is also determined according to the polarity of the adsorbed substance. It has a strong affinity for water, oxides, acetic acid, alkali, etc. Activated alumina is a kind of micro-water deep desiccant and an adsorbent for adsorbing polar molecules. .

Under certain operating conditions and regeneration conditions, its drying depth is as high as the dew point temperature below -40℃, and it is an efficient desiccant for deep drying of trace water. It is widely used in gas and liquid phase drying of petrochemical industry, drying of textile industry, oxygen production industry and automatic instrument air, pressure swing adsorption in air separation industry, etc. Due to the high net heat of the monomolecular adsorption layer, it is very suitable for heatless regeneration devices. Alumina for hydrogen peroxide is white spherical porous particles with uniform particle size, smooth surface, high mechanical strength and strong hygroscopicity. It is made of high-purity alumina through scientific preparation and catalytic finishing. It can be used as a fluoride remover for high fluoride water, making it a molecular adsorbent with a huge specific surface area. When the pH value and alkalinity of the raw water are low, the fluorine removal capacity is high, greater than 3.0mg/g. It can be used for fluorine removal, arsenic removal, sewage decolorization and deodorization of drinking water and industrial devices.

Application/Packing

It is used as adsorbent for hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process.Besides of adsorpting the alkali in fluid,it has the high regeneration capacity for hydrogenation degradation products and it could be transfer the hydrogenation degradation to anthraquinone to insure the stability of the general effective antheaquinone.So it can save the cost. Moreover, considering the need of regeneration,the alumina for hydrogen peroxide can insure the excellent mechanism performance as the small changes in activity after regeneration.
