3A molecular sieve

3A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminate, sometimes it is also called 3A zeolite molecular sieve.

English name: 3A Molecular Sieve
Silica / aluminum ratio: SiO2/ Al2O3≈2
Effective pore size: about 3A (1A = 0.1nm)

The working principle of molecular sieve is mainly related to the pore size of molecular sieve, respectively 0.3nm/0.4nm/0.5nm, they can adsorb gas molecules whose molecular diameter is smaller than the pore size, and the larger the pore size, the larger the adsorption capacity. The size of the aperture is different, and the filtered things are different. In simple terms, 3a molecular sieve can only adsorb molecules below 0.3nm.

3A molecular sieve has a pore size of 3A, which is mainly used to adsorb water, and does not adsorb any molecule with a diameter greater than 3A. According to the characteristics of industrial application, the molecular sieve has fast adsorption speed, regeneration times, crushing strength and anti-pollution ability, which improves the utilization efficiency of the molecular sieve and extends the service life of the molecular sieve. It is a necessary adsorption material for deep drying, refining and polymerization of gas-liquid phase in petroleum and chemical industry.
